The Milo single-cell protein expression quantitative analysis system uses a designed microfluidic single-cell immunoblotting chip (scWest). The single-cell chip can separate and collect thousands of single cells in a single run, release proteins in situ, separate them by electrophoresis according to different molecular weights, and then perform immunological detection. After collecting signals with a scanner, software analysis and processing are used to achieve single-cell multiplex protein quantitative analysis.
